Celeste and Octavian Pavlov serve as full-time missionaries in Babadag, Romania, with Hope Partners International. Their work supports communication and child sponsorship efforts across Romania and Ukraine, helping connect children and families to the care provided through local Hope Centers and the message of Christ in both word and action.

They are based at the Hope Center in Babadag, under the leadership of Director Vali Pavlov, where they serve children in the after-school program. In addition, they lead photography and videography efforts across the region, documenting the ongoing work and impact of the ministry. They also work closely with the Hope Partners sponsorship team to support the needs of children in the Romania program, helping ensure each child is known, supported, and cared for.

Beyond their daily responsibilities, their focus is on investing in the lives of children, building relationships with families, and reflecting the love of Jesus through consistent presence and care. Through partnership, supporters play a direct role in bringing lasting hope to children and communities in Romania and beyond.
