Hope Partners Costa Rica Internship invites young people with a heart for missions to come and serve the Lord during summer break. I am honored to be chosen to be an intern this summer. I will be serving alongside programs of rescue and transformation within the Hope Center in Costa Rica. I will also be leading within the short-term mission teams as a representative of our Hope Partners Costa Rica staff and I will be taking part in discipleship surrounding service with compassion and leadership training and development.
I want to intern in Pavas Costa Rica with Hope Partners because I truly believe God has a plan for my life that includes continuing my education and growth in ministry or pastoral leadership. I’ve always wanted to be a leader, and more importantly, I want to live my life in a way that honors God and follows His will. I love to serve, especially children, I personally lead 8th graders at my church and I love being able to lead them toward Christ. This internship feels to me like an incredible opportunity to grow in leadership, learn what it truly means to serve others through hospitality, and experience what it looks like to find peace in Christ through any circumstance. I really am seeking an environment where I can find joy in times of darkness because I know that these kinds of experiences are what grows me as a person, and most importantly, deepens my faith in the Lord.
Costa Rica holds a very special place in my heart because I’ve already had the opportunity to serve there twice before, and those experiences deeply shaped me. Also, going into college can be very stressful for me, and having this opportunity allows my heart to be prepared for what’s ahead. Serving again in Costa Rica will help me grow spiritually, gain new perspectives, and create memories that will stay with me for a lifetime. Holding these memories in my heart will help me endure the trials ahead, and I’m excited to bring everything I learn back home so I can continue serving others with confidence and faith.
I would like to ask you to support me in two ways. First and foremost, Prayer is a key component of this experience. I would ask that you partner with me and 100’s of others in praying for me, the other Interns and the team in Costa Rica as I walk through the process of being used by Him in this capacity. Secondly, if the Lord puts it on your heart to give financially you can do so from this website. I am raising $2950 for this experience by May 05, 2026. Your financial support of any size will help me get closer to my goal. Thank you in advance for your partnership in this Intern Experience.
